Distance Sales Agreement

Shammo Trading Store

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Turkey and constitutes a legally binding agreement between Shammo Trading Company (The Seller) and the Customer (The Buyer) upon the completion of a purchase via the online store.

First: Parties

• The Seller: Shammo Trading Company.

• Activity: Sale of premium dates and natural products (dates, honey, olive oil, etc.).

• Sales Channels: Online Store.

• The Buyer: The natural or legal person who purchases via the online store and whose details are registered during the order process.

Second: Subject of the Agreement The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the distance sale of products displayed on the Shammo Trading Company store, including terms of ordering, payment, delivery, return, and exchange.

Third: Product Information and Pricing

• All products are displayed with their description and price in the currency approved within the store.

• Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise.

• The Buyer bears shipping costs, if any, which are clarified before completing the order.

Fourth: Order and Payment

• The order is considered effective upon the successful completion of the payment process.

• The Buyer is obligated to provide correct and accurate information during the order.

• Payments are processed via secure and certified electronic payment gateways; the store does not retain bank card details.

Fifth: Delivery and Shipping

• Orders are shipped to the address specified by the Buyer.

• Delivery time varies depending on the customer's location and the shipping company.

• The Seller is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond control.

Sixth: Right of Withdrawal The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Exception: Food products that have been opened or used are excluded for health and safety reasons.

• The withdrawal request must be submitted within the legal period via approved communication channels.

Seventh: Return and Refund

• Return and refund operations are subject to the store's approved Return and Exchange Policy.

• The amount is refunded using the same payment method within the legal period after inspecting the product.

Eighth: Buyer's Obligations

• Ensure the accuracy of order data.

• Receive the order at the scheduled time.

• Use products according to recommended usage and storage instructions.

Ninth: Seller's Obligations

• Deliver products matching the displayed specifications.

• Maintain the quality and safety of the products.

• Respect the privacy of customer data.

Tenth: Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations resulting from force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, government decisions, or service interruptions.

Eleventh: Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of a dispute, the competent Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction.

Twelfth: Validity of the Agreement Completing the purchase process via the online store constitutes the Buyer's express acceptance of all terms of this agreement.
