Third: Non-Returnable Items In the interest of health, safety, and the quality of food products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Dates, honey, olive oil, or any food products that have been opened or used.
Products that have been subjected to poor storage conditions after receipt.
Special offers or discounted products (if applicable, unless there is a defect).
Fourth: Return and Exchange Procedures

Shammo Trading Company bears the shipping costs if the error is on our part or if a defect is found in the product.
The Customer bears the shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons unrelated to product quality.
Sixth: Refunds
Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped after the inspection process is completed.
Seventh: Force Majeure Shammo Trading Company is not liable for delays or failure to return resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or delays by shipping companies.
